★ The event is adjacent to a small park Aubry, where you can relax during and between            

    and between the milongas.

★ A spacious, air-conditioned ballroom with a cosy atmosphere.

★ An exceptional sound quality optimised for tango.

★ A special parquet dance floor laid on tennis balls.

★ A dinner (organic), with food prepared by our chef from Aubais.

    On Saturday evening in the Park Aubrys. (Reservation required).

On-site consumption in the park from 7.30 PM to 9.30 PM (Only order when register)

REGISTRATION

Registration is compulsory.

This year we will accommodate a maximum of 200 people.

It is strongly recommended to book early as places are limited.

Individual registration form

Fill out 1 form per person. 2 forms for a couple.

Couples will be given priority to ensure parity.

You can also register without a partner.

We will confirm your registration by email.

People without a dance partner are first put on a waiting list. We then try to find a dance partner for them.

Entrance fees for the weekend

(Attention! The dinner on Saturday evening is not included in the entrance fee).

AUBAIS, between the Cévennes and the beaches of the South of France...

Beautiful village in the South of France, built around its castle (17th century) and surrounded by nature.

A privilege to stroll and wander through the medieval streets of one of the most beautiful villages in the region!

30 minutes from the sea, Montpellier and Nîmes, close to Uzès, 10 minutes from Sommières and its superb Saturday morning market where you can enjoy good wines and delicious regional produce, Aubais is ideally located (motorway 5 minutes away!) and offers all amenities (restaurants, small shops, medical care, etc.).

Numerous activities are possible within easy reach of the centre: hiking, climbing, cycling (Green Way), art gallery, craft/flea markets,
Aubaï Mema wine cellar, walks along the banks of the Vidourle, which flows at the foot of the village...

The Moulin des Carrières, the Carrières de Junas, the Gallic Oppidum Ambrussum, the Oppidum de Nages...

BALLROOM

All milongas take place in the hall of the Parc des Aubrys, located in the centre of the village.

A beautiful, spacious and cosy hall with air conditioning and an ultra-comfortable parquet floor specially designed for couples dancing.

THE PARK OF THE AUBRYS

Small green oasis made available to us and specially decorated for our event.

A poetic and festive natural space where you can eat, drink, dance or simply relax in the fresh air and shade of the trees.

MEALS ON SATURDAY EVENING, IN THE PARK OF THE AUBRYS

Menus created by our Aubais chef. Tasting in the park AUBYS. (Only on order at the time of registration).

2 large car parks with 300 spaces (with video surveillance) are 2 minutes walk from the evening events.

Remember to book your accommodation as early as possible. The region is very popular!!!

There are a large number of hotels, guest rooms, bed and breakfasts, holiday flats etc. in Aubais or nearby.
 

Prices can be very reasonable if you book in small groups.
