L'Encuentro Tango in Aubais,

3 days of good music, with 5 DJs from around Europe, great encounters and welcoming abrazos. 

An event for lovers of a tango danced with respect, in a warm atmosphere without compromising quality.

REGISTRATION

We will host a maximum of 200 people.

It is strongly recommended to book early as places are limited.

​

Individual registration form

Fill out 1 form per person. 2 forms for a couple.

Couples will be given priority to ensure parity.

You can also register without a partner.

We will confirm your registration by email.

People without a dance partner are first put on a waiting list.

We then try to find a dance partner for them.

BALLROOM

All milongas take place in the hall of the Parc des Aubrys, located in the centre of the village.

A beautiful, spacious and cosy hall with air conditioning and an ultra-comfortable parquet floor specially designed for couples dancing.

THE PARK

The Aubrys park is open to the public and will be free to enter all weekend. We will be there to share the aperitif/brunch on Sunday lunchtime. You will also be able to relax or get a massage...

TWO FORMULAS MAIN DISH + PUDDING
Gluten free version is available.

** Meat formula :
Sliced roasted poultry stuffed with fresh herbs, black curry sauce, fried rice with green peas, lemon and grilled almonds
+ Verbena pana cotta with red fruit soup on top of it and a crumble of almonds.
** Veggie formula :
Rolled candied aubergines stuffed with goatcheese and tomato cream, fried rice with green peas, lemon and grilled almonds

The dinner is managed directly by the caterer, chef EKOFOOD & CO.

A reservation form for the meal will be available online at the time of registration on Monday 13 February. 

The meal will therefore be paid for independently of the PASS 5 Milongas.

A catering service **** stars, 100% organic, prepared by Franck, an excellent chef.
Meal served on site, to be enjoyed in the Aubrys park, 7.30-9.30pm.

THE BAR
At the bar, you will find among others, the organic wine "Les églantines" (white and red) of the Vignerons Sommiérois, beer, Prosecco, champagne, fruit juices...

"YOPIDA" SESSION Sunday morning 11:00-11:45 am

A mix of Yoga, Pilates and dance, for a gentle awakening of the body. Support, anchoring, energy, breathing... Stretch, unwind, reconnect and enjoy all the benefits in your dance We meet at 11am, before the aperitif/brunch and Sylvain's Despedida. The session is free and open to all. You're welcome !
★ Nathalie Ollier is a state-certified contemporary dance and Cuban salsa teacher, Pilates and Yoga certified. 
She has been teaching since 1992 with a 100% sensitive, deep and conscious approach.

PARKING PLACES

2 large free parking spots (300 spaces with video surveillance) only a minute away on foot from the venue.

ACCOMMODATION

Remember to book your accommodation as early as possible. The region is very popular!!!

There is a large number of hotels, guest rooms, bed and breakfasts, holiday flats etc. in Aubais or nearby.
 

Prices can be very reasonable if you book in small groups.

AUBAIS, between the Cévennes and the beaches of the South of France...

Beautiful village in the South of France, built around its castle (17th century) and surrounded by nature.

A privilege to stroll and wander through the medieval streets of one of the most beautiful villages in the region!

30 minutes from the sea, Montpellier and Nîmes, close to Uzès, 10 minutes from Sommières and its very convivial Saturday morning market where you can enjoy good wines and delicious regional products, Aubais is ideally located (motorway 5 minutes away!) and offers all facilities (restaurants, small shops, medical care, etc.).

Numerous activities are possible within easy reach of the centre: hiking, climbing, cycling (Green Way), art gallery, craft/flea markets, Aubaï Mema wine cellar, walks along the banks of the Vidourle, which flows at the foot of the village...

The Moulin des Carrières, the Carrières de Junas, the Gallic Oppidum Ambrussum, the Oppidum de Nages...
